The charity organisation Reengage have Rainbow Call Companions who can offer friendship to older persons who may live alone.
If you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and over the age of 75, Reengage offer a free telephone befriending service, especially for you.
You will be matched to a volunteer who is also a member of the LGBT+ community; whenever you feel the need to speak to someone, you can have a friendly chat and share in stories and laughter.
