Sheltered Housing

Our sheltered housing scheme provides one bedroom flats and bedsits with level access, and has an on site manager and 24 hour emergency cover via a community alarm. This scheme allows you to live independently and offers social and recreational activities.

Our sheltered housing scheme 

Our sheltered housing scheme in Lambeth is Thrayle House (2 Rumsey Road), which offers studios and one and two bedroom flats. It has a lift and is wheelchair accessible, and offers a communal lounge, guest room and laundry. Our scheme provides services such as gardening, communal area cleaning, repairs, maintenance.

How to apply 

Our sheltered housing scheme is allocated via referrals from Lambeth Council’s Support Needs Assessment and Placement (SNAP) team on 020 7926 4407

We can also ask the Council to consider residents who have lived with us for a long time.
