Will my regular rent/service charge payment change if I have rent contributions turned on?

The savings you make through Housing Perks are applied to your rent or service charge account (if opted in for); however, this does not automatically trigger a change to the amount you pay by direct debit or any other payment method.

If you feel that you've already made significant savings through Housing Perks and would like your payments to be reviewed, you can request this by contacting your Customer Accounts Officer.
