How Do The Savings Go Towards My Rent Or Service Charge?

If you turn on 'rent contributions' in the app, the savings you make will be added to your rent or service charge account.

It's easy to set up and you're always in control.

  1. Open the Housing Perks app and go to the Rent section in the menu at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Turn on Rent Contributions
  3. Each time you buy a voucher, the saving will go towards your 'Next Rent Contribution'.
  4. Rent Contributions are made every Friday and can take up to 10 business days to appear in your rent or service charge account.

Please note: This does not trigger a change to the amount you pay by direct debit or any other payment method.
