Plentific, the Repairs Reporting tool is now live and available to our General Needs tenants only.
Plentific is an easy, step-by-step online service you can use to log a repair and receive updates on the progress of your repair.
The service is only for repairs that are inside your home. If you have a communal repair, you can still contact us via the dedicated Repairs Form, speak with our Repairs Team on 020 3007 3170, or pop into reception.
