You may have recently been moved over from Housing Benefit to Universal Credit. If so, you need to be aware of the following information;
- You may be required to make an Universal Credit application online
- You will need to report your housing cost (how much is your rent or service charge) on your journal
- You will need to complete a Council Tax Support form online as this is not part of the universal claim
- Your housing cost (rent) will be paid to you directly. You are responsible to pay your full rent
