Tell Us Once is a service that allows you to report a death to most government organisations in one go.
You can use this service if the person who has died lived in England, Scotland or Wales and can also be used in the instance that the deceased was abroad at the time of their death, either on holiday or on business.
The service is not available if the person was living in Northern Ireland at the time of their death or was living abroad permanently at the time of their death.
