From May 2023, we all need to provide an approved form of photo ID when voting at the polling station.
Our friends at Lambeth Council have published a list of approved forms of ID that are needed to receive your ballot paper. You can find the Approved Form of ID list here: Voter ID | Lambeth Council.
If you don’t have one of the forms of ID which are on the list, you can apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate, which is approved by the government.
It’s important that we can all take part in the democratic process, so next time you’re asked to vote, bring your Photo ID!
