Derogatory comments, harassment, compelled to move to a different resource/service, based on age, denied medical treatment on grounds of age or mental health, and not providing access.
Signs:
• The individual appears withdrawn and isolated
• Expressions of anger, frustration, fear, or anxiety
• Support on offer does not consider the individual’s needs in terms of protected characteristic(s)
