Our cleaning contractors are responsible for cleaning communal areas in the majority of our blocks of flats for older people, general rented and leasehold accommodation. Service specifications can be found on your noticeboard.
Cleaners attend regularly throughout the week at our accommodation for older people.
Our contractors will ensure that on a weekly basis:
- Floors, stairs, landings, lifts and walkways are swept and clean
- Internal windows and entry door glass are clean
- Door entrances and lobbies are clean and tidy
- Paint work, skirting boars, window sills and handrails are dusted
- All litter is removed
- Refuse chutes are clear and refuse areas are clean and litter free
- Graffiti is removed
On an annual basis walkways will be jet-washed if required.
