The launch of a new resident online portal is arriving soon

Things are about to get easier with a new resident online portal to be provided by Sovereign Network Group and made available in the next few weeks for our General Needs tenants.

The online service, 'My Network Home', will allow you to access a range of online services at any time of the day. From this customer portal, you will be able to:

  • Pay your rent.
  • Check the balance and recent transactions on your rent account. 
  • Report anti-social behaviour.
  • Report a repair.
  • Find general information via Frequently Asked Questions,
    and other features.

To register for the service, you will need the following:

  • Your registered email address. 
  • Your tenancy reference number. 
  • Your full name and address, including postcode. 
  • Your mobile contact number.

Once you have provided the information above, you will see a button feature that will say, “send verification code”. This code will be sent to your email for information security, data protection and to ensure you are in control of the email address we have for you. Once your address is verified, you will be able to register for your account.


Please note that main tenant on the tenancy agreement can register for the online account.


Please note that the service will not be available to leaseholders.
