The Sleep Better Community CIC are offering classes in and around the Lambeth area, in support to help you sleep better.
The sessions will help you consider on what keeps you await and will provide you with the tools to aid better sleep with a combination of mindfulness and breath work.
The classes are 1 hour long and are held in local venues. Lead tutor is Lisa Askem.
