About the role

Our residents come first and we are focused on providing high quality services that are efficient, effective, polite and professional. Our Tenancy Support Officer is critical in achieving this promise.

As such, we’re looking for an experienced Tenancy Support Officer with knowledge of housing management to join the Neighbourhood Services Team, to support vulnerable customers and help our Neighbourhood Services Officers manage and maintain Stockwell Park Estate. This is a challenging but rewarding role, where you will be the first point of contact for residents to resolve any housing queries. You’ll need proven experience in supporting vulnerable customers, referring our customers to support agencies, managing our safeguarding process while providing support to our Neighbourhood Services Officers.

This is a part time role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About you

We’re looking for an individual who has a genuine desire and the willingness to go the extra mile in supporting our residents with their housing queries. You will have at least two year’s experience working as a Tenancy Support Officer or a similar role within social housing. You will also possess excellent written, verbal and listening skills and experience in dealing with challenging and difficult situations. You will be proficient in using housing management systems such as Northgate and CRM packages.
