Based in one of London’s most vibrant and diverse boroughs to live and work, SW9 has approximately 1,500 properties, a turnover of £7.5m and a substantial regeneration and development programme. About the role:
Our residents come first and we are focussed on providing quality services that are efficient, effective, polite and professional. Our Neighbourhood Services Officers are critical to achieving this promise.
As such, we’re looking for an experienced Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our Neighbourhoods Team to help manage and maintain Stockwell Park Estate. This is a challenging but rewarding role, where you will be the first point of contact for residents to resolve any housing queries. You’ll need proven experience in general needs housing, from managing anti-social behaviour cases to completing tenancy audits and managing our void properties process.
We’re looking for an individual who has a genuine desire and the willingness to go the extra mile in supporting our residents with their housing queries. You will have at least two year’s experience working as a Neighbourhood Services Officer or similar role within social housing. You will also possess excellent written, verbal and listening skills and experience in dealing with challenging and difficult situations. You will be proficient in using housing management systems such as Northgate and CRM packages.
