SW9 Community Housing is a resident-led housing management organisation, managing day-to-day housing services on behalf of the landlord, Network Homes. Based in one of London’s most vibrant and diverse boroughs to live and work, SW9 has approximately 1,500 properties, a turnover of £7.5m and a substantial regeneration and development programme. About the role:
This is a part-time permanent role, working 21 hours over a three day week (Wednesday to Friday initially). You will report in to the Corporate Services Manager and provide HR advice, administration and system support. This stand-alone HR role will afford you the opportunity to shape the service as the HR lead on projects and policy development.
Our people are crucial to our success and as such we need an experienced enthusiastic HR professional who is forward-thinking and solution-focused. Whilst experience in Social Housing is desirable, it is not essential. More importantly, you must possess HR administration and advisory skills with up-to-date knowledge on HR legislation, practices and principles. Our people and management team will rely on you for guidance on all things HR, so the confidence to support senior managers and the ability to build strong relationships is key. You will also need proven experience in using computerised systems including HR Information systems and possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
