About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance and HR Admin Officer to join our Finance team. Although this role will be temporary to start with, there is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate with the right skills and who meets the performance criteria after a period of 6 months.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as an interface between the Finance team and our colleagues on all finance and HR matters. You will also provide HR administration and HR system support to the wider team.

About you:

Whilst experience in Social Housing is desirable, it is not essential. More importantly, you must possess finance and HR administration and numerical skills with up-to-date knowledge on finance and HR legislation, practices and principles. You will need proven experience in using computerised systems including finance accounting and HR Information systems. Having an interest and enthusiasm for both Finance and HR is essential for this role, as well as possessing excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
