About SW9 Community Housing:

SW9 Community Housing is a resident-led housing management organisation, managing day-to-day housing services on behalf of the landlord, Network Homes. About the role:

This is a newly created permanent role, working full-time Monday to Friday.  Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will manage the governance of our organisation, advise our senior management and Board on governance issues and ensure the organisation is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The role will have oversight of facilities, health and safety and human resources, managing an Admin Assistant and HR Adviser.  The new role will offer an ambitious individual the opportunity to develop the service, contribute to the corporate decision making of SW9 and support the creation of organisational strategy and policies.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you must already have a track record in managing a corporate services function and have good knowledge of housing regulatory requirements. You will support the Senior Management Team, service our Board and committee meetings and act as the first point of contact on all governance and compliance issues, so strong verbal and written skills are important. Additionally, the ability to build strong relationships and display diplomacy and a corporate spirit is key.
